"Showed up on time, but I’m a little unsure"
The order arrived when they said it would, so that was good. The box did have a small dent in it, though, which made me wonder a bit about how carefully it was handled and whether the quality might be affected.

"Pretty good, just wish there was more to choose from"
Mission First Tactical has some solid stuff, and the main categories are easy to browse through. I found a few things I liked, so that part was fine. But the selection felt a little limited in a few spots, and some colors or options looked like they were missing or out of stock. Not a bad experience overall, I just would’ve liked to see a bit more variety

"Always seems to be out of stock"
Every time I try to buy this, it’s never available. At this point, it kind of feels like they keep listing it just to get people checking back, because I’ve yet to actually see it in stock.

I had a tough time getting straight answers from them. A lot of the replies felt vague, and I ended up having to ask the same question more than once?? Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience for me...

"Not worth the price to me"
I was expecting a little more for what I paid. It looked nice online, but once it showed up, it felt more average than premium, which was disappointing considering the price.
I don’t mind paying extra when something feels worth it, but this just didn’t for me. I’ve bought cheaper stuff that felt just as good, if not better, so I probably wouldn’t purchase it again.

"Exchange worked out, but it took a bit"
I had to exchange an item, and to be fair, the process did work in the end. The instructions were clear and customer service did get back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly quick, so it felt a little slower than I expected. I did receive the replacement, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t a bad experience, just one that could definitely be a bit smoother

I was browsing missionfirsttactical.com and the design put me off quickly. The pages feel crowded, the colors are kind of dull, and a few sections don’t line up in a way that feels polished.
It also hit at the worst time because I was trying to quickly look something up, and the busy layout just made everything more annoying. The whole site feels like it hasn’t been cleaned up in years, which isn’t a great look for a brand that should feel sharp and easy to shop.

"Seems legit so far, just caught me at a bad time"
So far, I trust them and haven’t had any real issues. the only hiccup was probably my own bad timing since I started using it right when I was super busy. Other than that, everything feels legit

"Packaging was about average"
My order showed up around the expected time, which was nice, but the box was beat up when it arrived. There wasn’t much padding inside either, so I was a little worried at first. Luckily, the item itself was fine, but for the price, I feel like they could pack things a bit better.

I ordered this from missionfirsttactical.com, and it showed up without any issues. From the start, the whole thing felt straightforward, which I always appreciate when I’m just trying to get a part installed and move on.
The install took me around 10 minutes, and everything lined up the way it was supposed to. I didn’t have to force anything or go hunting for extra tools, so based on the experience, I’d say it did exactly what I needed it to do

"Warranty took a minute, but they handled it"
I had one part give me some trouble, so I went through the warranty process on Mission First Tactical. They got back to me after a couple days and sent out a replacement without making it a big ordeal. It was a little slower than I would’ve liked, but not a dealbreaker. Stuff happens, and in the end they took care of it, so I’m happy overall.

"It worked… eventually"
I did end up finding what I needed, so I guess that’s something. The pages took their sweet time loading, and the menu wasn’t exactly doing me any favors, but I managed. Checkout was fine — not amazing, not terrible, just kind of there

"Shipping feels way too expensive"
I was going to place an order while I was sitting on the couch after dinner, and everything seemed fine until I got to the shipping cost. It just felt ridiculously high for what I was buying. I know shipping isn’t free, but this made me second-guess the whole purchase.

My order showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. I just wish the shipping had been a bit faster. I think it arrived maybe a week later than I expected, or around then — I can’t remember the exact dates, but it definitely felt a little slow.

"Didn’t last, and the verification was annoying"
I’m disappointed. It cracked after just a few trips, so it definitely didn’t hold up like I expected. On top of that, having to go through repeated verification was really annoying and made the whole experience even more frustrating.

The site worked well overall, and the filters made it easy to narrow things down and find what I needed. Checkout was a bit slow, which made me a little nervous at first because I’m always worried about getting fooled online, but everything went through fine in the end.
